These bolts are one of the single most used hardware on Toyota vehicles from 1988+, Lexus vehicles from 1990+ and Scion vehicles from 2004+. They have a unique "F" point which cut and correct the threads like a self tapping screw. You will find them on the lower engine skid plate, splash shield, transmission, windshield washer, fenders, hood, bumpers, doors, hatch, under the hood, radiator support, chassis/susupension, etc.
