These are the EXACT bolts that are used on the assembly line, not generic hardware.
Fastener Specifications:
Thread: 3/8-16
Thread length: 7/16 (11 mm)
Total Length: 1 1/8" (28 mm)
Head: 5/16" (8 mm) hex with Fixed Washer
Finish: Zinc plated
These bolts are used in just about every antique, classic and present day GM vehicle. They can be used on any side post terminal battery. Over time, corrosion will build up which inevitably compromises the connection. Not only will these look great, but these bolts will prevent a potential charging failure.
If you can't remember the last time you changed your bolts, its probably time to replace them.
Extremely easy to install as they will pop right out of your terminals.
