These rubber bumpers are commonly found in many 1980-2016 applications. The most common would be 1980-2016 Car, 1982-2006 Truck, 1982-2002 F-Body and 1981-1988 G Body applications.
They screw into the hood/radiator support to fine tune your alignment which will prevent squeaks and rattles. Over time the rubber fails and becomes brittle. They will eventually break and create a lot of unwanted noise and horrible body gap alignment.
